Breathedge 2 Snowman Parts: Five Pieces & Preparation

The community route identifies five Snowman pieces: carrot, cigarette, beard, hat and arm. They are around the Snowman near the end of the right-hand yellow tunnel below the starting station. The current achievement reward is Cold protection +5.
Locations follow TechRaptor’s September 5 guide and the linked community video. The nose-counting correction comes from the official 0.8.10 notes; the older route has not been surveyed again on every patch.

Only one nose counts in 0.8.10
The official 0.8.10 notes fix a case where the carrot and cigarette could both occupy the nose and both count toward the quest. Only one nose item now counts.
The five objects below remain the objects identified by the older route. Do not use that list as evidence that placing two noses should give two units of quest progress; follow the current attachment prompts and journal.
Prepare before going down the tunnel
Stand on the train platform facing away from the train, look down toward the two yellow tunnels, and use the right-hand tunnel in the community route.
Prepare at least the early 100 Cold Protection target and carry oxygen, food and water. The route warns that nearby oxygen is not immediately accessible before the heating system is repaired. Your safe time depends on equipment, difficulty and your progress.
Find the five parts
| Piece | Where to look |

| Carrot | From the Snowman, face west toward the icy platform. Look in front of the sign. |
| Cigarette | Near the carrot, in front of the sign on the same platform. |
| Beard | Go toward the carrot and cigarette area, then face back toward the Snowman. Check the floating pieces to your right. |
| Hat | Near the beard in the same floating cluster. Use the route video to distinguish it from the background. |
| Arm | Head west out of the tunnel and search to your right just outside it. |
Bring each object back separately. If you lose your orientation in the floating debris, return to the Snowman and re-establish the viewing direction.
The source notes that pieces may need to be attached in a particular order and can be removed. It does not supply a universally verified order, so inspect the available attachment interaction.
Track the reward and decide whether to continue
Completing the Snowman grants the “Now That’s a Snowman!” achievement. The current game text gives Cold protection +5.
The Leader’s Statue is nearby in the community route, but its area is colder. Continue only if your current protection and heating setup support it. Being near the next quest does not mean the same preparation is sufficient.
