Use the Cutter for the grate inside PornHubble. The missing task marker was fixed in 0.8.7, and 0.8.8 made the grate require the Cutter. These are separate from the later graphics-card, cache and reboot objectives.

Get past the grate with the Cutter
An older video may show the crowbar breaking the grate. Hotfix 0.8.8 changed that interaction to the Cutter. Prepare the Cutter and its ingredients before returning to the obstacle.
The earlier 0.8.7 fix restored the Debug PornHubble task marker before the grate was cut. A missing marker in an older version and using the wrong tool are different problems.
Find the cache objects around the main panel

Crysal’s Chapter 1 achievement guide identifies four cache objects on the right of the main panel and a larger one immediately to its left. Use that description to inspect the correct area when your journal asks you to clear the cache.
That guide also illustrates the System Administrator achievement. The current game-data reward is shown below. The source describes the objects; it does not establish that every interaction in an older save will recover after a patch.
Follow the objective after the cache
The Three Antennas record includes Debug PornHubble, ripping out graphics cards, clearing the cache, rebooting PornHubble and finding a way to the antenna. These names help identify your current step; follow the active journal because objectives can branch.
If the problem is instead a door that needs unscrewing, check the Twister rules. The recent patches also changed several crowbar interactions on doors and other objects.
